You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the site or this Agreement must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever waived and barred. The language of this Agreement shall be construed as to its fair meaning and not strictly for or against any party. To the extent that anything in or associated with the site is in conflict with this Agreement, this Agreement shall take precedence.
