CompuCredit Corporation Charitable Designation Program

Under the Charitable Designation Program, CompuCredit shareholders can designate up to three pre-selected charitable organizations to receive a prorated share of CompuCredit's annual year-end charitable contribution, based on shareholders' holdings of CompuCredit stock.

Between 2004 and 2006, the company contributed over $36 million through the Program. 2006 recipients included:

Children's Healthcare of Atlanta
East Harlem Tutorial Program

CompuCredit employees actively volunteer in the communities in which we serve. The company organizes participation in our offices across the country in programs including: Toys for Tots, Habitat for Humanity, back to school supply drives, Angel Tree gifts, Thanksgiving canned food drives, United Way drives, numerous charitable Walks and 5k/10Ks, blood drives, Park Pride, and many other activities.
