CompuCredit Corporation provides credit and related
financial services and products to the underserved
consumer credit market.

The Underserved Consumer Credit Market
Our customer base consists of the approximately 75 million Americans who would like to use financial products and services but are largely underserved by traditional financial institutions. We start our relationship with our customers by taking a risk – we decide to trust them when others may not.

As they establish a reliable history of prompt payments with us, we continue to invest in
our relationship with each customer by broadening the product range available to them.
We continuously monitor our customer satisfaction and are proud to say that our customers
are highly satisfied with their experiences with our products.

Business Segments

• Credit Cards

The Credit Cards segment consists of our credit card lending and servicing activities, which include receivables underlying accounts originated and receivables underlying portfolios that we purchase.
This segment markets unsecured general-purpose Visa® and MasterCard® credit cards.

• Jefferson Capital Systems, LLC

Jefferson Capital is our subsidiary that provides innovative and non-traditional debt recovery solutions. This includes managing and investing in:

Charged-off receivables
Balance transfer programs
Bankruptcy purchasing and servicing
Debit card programs.

• Retail Micro-Loans

Our short term loans offer consumers the opportunity to receive fast approval on loans with a convenient installment plan payment schedule.
This segment also consists of a network of over 400 neighborhood financial service centers that, depending on the location, provide some or all of the following products or services, (a) small-denomination, short-term, unsecured cash advances, (b) installment loan and other credit products, and (c) money transfer and other financial services.

• Auto Lending

The Auto Lending segment is comprised of a nationwide network of auto dealers in the ‘Buy Here/Pay Here” used car business from which auto loans are purchased or serviced on behalf of dealers.
Through our CAR Financial subsidiary, CompuCredit provides financial services for automotive dealers and automotive finance companies, particularly for the underserved consumer.

• Other

Our other segment encompasses various activities and investments that are start-up in nature.

We at CompuCredit are sensitive to this concern and have taken measures to protect and restrict access to this information. We want our customers to be assured that their relationship with CompuCredit is treated confidentially and with respect.

In addition, we will proactively inform customers in writing about our privacy policy and offer them the option of being excluded from any CompuCredit mail/phone solicitations for a period of one year.
